RC turns 30
RC turned 30 on June 18, and perfectly enough, his 30th birthday was on a Saturday – perfect for celebrating with our friends and family in Denver.
I had Dickey’s BBQ cater in food for about 35 of our friends & family and we had a fun party celebrating RC at his parents house, who graciously opened their home up to the party, which is much better suited for that many people.
RC’s mom made him his favorite carrot cake, I made him a white cake/white frosting and chocolcate & spice cake cake pops. I am so glad that I had the majority of the food catered in, which allowed us to enjoy the party more, especially since we had only been home a week from RC’s surprise trip in Breckenridge, and he had actually flown out on the day after we got back to work in Indianapolis all week, getting home the night before this party/his actual birthday.
